New Zevra Festival passes will go on sale on Thursday, 8 October at 12:00 p.m.

Where can I buy passes?

Tickets will be sold through Enterticket. You can access the ticketing platform via the official website: www.zevrafestival.com

Types of passes

Once you access the platform, you will find different types of passes at different prices: General Pass, General Pass + Camping Area, General Pass + Front Stage, VIP Pass + Front Stage… and many more! Check all available ticket types at zevrafestival.com/entradas.

Prices will increase as the available ticket allocations sell out. Admission to the event is permitted from the age of 16.

You can purchase as many passes as you wish in a single transaction and will have 10 minutes to complete your purchase. If the purchase is not completed within this time, the selected passes will be released and made available again.

You can pay using the following methods:

• Mastercard
• Bizum
• Payment in instalments with Floa

Required information

Please have the following information ready before starting the purchase process:

• Purchaser: full name, ID or passport number, email address, date of birth and postcode.
• Attendees: once the purchase has been completed, each pass must be personalised with the corresponding attendee’s details before it can be downloaded.

You will have 15 days to personalise the passes free of charge. After this period, personalisation will cost €15 per ticket.

It is particularly important to enter the purchaser’s email address correctly, as the purchase confirmation will be sent to this address. Check all the information carefully before continuing.

Additional products

During the purchase process, you will also be able to add different extras, such as the Festival Kit, Parking Access Pass, 5-Drink Voucher or Cashless Top-Up.

If you do not wish to add them at that time, you can skip this step and continue with the purchase of your passes.

Underage attendees

If you are 16 or 17 years old, you must download and present the parental authorisation form available on our website.

Confirmation and personalisation

Once you have completed the process, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. At that point, your passes will be reserved and you will be able to enter the details of each attendee.

To exchange your ticket for an access wristband, you must present your ID card or passport at the accreditation points. The organisers will electronically validate all tickets. Entry will not be permitted with tickets that have already been used or previously validated.

Name changes

If you need to change the name or details on a ticket, you can do so at https://venta.enterticket.es/cambios.

Name changes cost €15 + €3 booking fee and can be requested until 23 July 2027 via the following link.

Once the deadline has passed, no name changes will be accepted under any circumstances.
