Tickets purchased online are non-refundable.
If the festival is permanently cancelled for reasons of force majeure before it starts, the promoter will honour the ticket purchased for the new date of the event. If the attendee is unable to attend on the new date, a refund of the ticket price will be offered. A period of 14 calendar days will be set to notify that attendance on the new date is not possible. If no notification has been received once this period has elapsed, the booking will be deemed confirmed and the right to a refund of the ticket price will lapse.

Browsing, accessing and using the Zevra Festival website confers the status of user, by which all the conditions of use set out here are accepted from the moment of browsing the Zevra Festival website, without prejudice to the application of the relevant mandatory regulations in each case. Zevra Festival is not responsible for the content of the websites that the user may access through the links on its website and states that under no circumstances will it examine or exercise any kind of control over the content of other sites on the internet. Nor does it guarantee the technical availability, accuracy, truthfulness, validity or legality of sites it does not own that may be accessed through the links.
Zevra Festival states that it has taken all necessary measures to prevent any harm to users of its website that may arise from browsing it. Consequently, Zevra Festival is not liable, under any circumstances, for any damage the user may suffer while browsing the internet.
Zevra Festival reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to the content of its website without prior notice, both regarding the content of the website and its conditions of use. Such changes may be made through its website in any manner permitted by law and will be binding for as long as they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by later changes.
It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 16 years of age to access the festival. To access the Rest Area and VIP areas, attendees must be at least 18 years old.
Event tickets are nominal, and only the ticket holder may collect the wristband. Name changes can be made until 23 July 2027, for €15 + €3 booking fee, at https://venta.enterticket.es/cambios.
Your general pass or Rest Area wristband only allows one entry per day. For subsequent entries, you must pay a re-entry stamp fee.
The cashless wristband will be the only valid payment method during the festival for drinks. Food will be paid for in cash or by card, with the exception of camping food, which will also be paid for via wristband. You can top up your wristband in advance on our website, online through our website during the festival, at our self-top-up totems, and at the designated booths inside the festival in cash or by card. You can request a refund of your remaining balance within the period that will be established and communicated after the festival via email and social media. Please note that unspent free amounts are non-refundable, nor are unused drink vouchers.
The drinks voucher (also known as “bonocopas”) and the drinks included in VIP + Front Stage passes can be used for any drink costing €10 or less in the festival concert area, including the general bars and VIP bars. These drinks will automatically be applied to the first products the user orders; it is not possible to choose whether or not to use the drink included in the drinks voucher / VIP + Front Stage pass. If the attendee is under 18, these drinks cannot be used for alcoholic products.
In the event of a substantial change to the event or show, the user may either confirm their attendance on the new date or request a refund of the ticket price, provided they notify us within 14 calendar days.
A substantial change means any relevant modification that significantly affects the nature, date, venue or conditions of the event as originally scheduled. The organisers will notify users of any such change as soon as possible, specifying the changes and the new deadline for users to exercise their right.
Zevra Festival, in its own right or as assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights to its website and to the elements it contains (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs required for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by Zevra Festival. They are therefore works protected as intellectual property under Spanish law, and both Spanish and EU regulations in this field and the international treaties on the subject signed by Spain apply to them.

Under Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the content of this website for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the authorisation of Zevra Festival, are expressly prohibited.
The user undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights held by Zevra Festival. The user may view the elements of the website and even print, copy and store them on their computer’s hard drive or any other physical medium, provided that this is solely and exclusively for their personal and private use. The user must refrain from removing, altering, circumventing or tampering with any protection device or security system installed on the Zevra Festival pages.
Zevra Festival also reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal proceedings it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content, or for any breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spain. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit it to arbitration or to the ordinary courts, in accordance with the relevant rules on jurisdiction and competence. Zevra Festival is domiciled in Cullera (Valencia), Spain.

Zevra Festival will have official complaint forms, in the format established by the Generalitat Valenciana, available to festival-goers at the places required by current regulations, should they request them.
